Renew Image Kenwood is a full service Salon & MediSpa. Treatments are based on 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes for an extended spa experience. Spa guests are provided with a robe and slippers for added comfort and a locker for personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry or valuables. Renew Image assumes no liability for personal items. Renew Image Kenwood offers vichy shower services, couples retreat services and spa pedicure manicures in addition to salon hair and clinical skin care services.
Renew Image West Chester is a private salon & clinical skin care center and does not offer robes and slippers. Please note location menus and prices very. However at either location, whether it is the room temperature, music choice or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences so that we can make your time with us a personal and blissful experience.
SCHEDULING
We offer Online 24/7 Online Scheduling System for your convenience. We recommend that you schedule your next appointments before you leave to ensure your time is reserved in advance. Please be advised that some stylists do not offer online scheduling and prefer to schedule their own appointments, please see APPOINTMENTS page on this site for direct telephone numbers. Most of our staff participates in online scheduling and we highly encourage you to book your appointments online. You will recieve an automated confirmation email at the time you schedule online. We will email you a few days prior to your appointment time to confirm your appointment again. We protect your personal information and email addresses are not shared. If you can not make an appointment online or before you leave the salon, please call us at 513-874-SKIN (7546) or contact your stylist/practitioner.
PRICING
Pricing is based on individual client needs, length, and condition of hair. Final pricing will be quoted during service consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for your service provider’s time, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellation or appointment change. Missing your appointment without contacting us or excessive cancellations requires a credit card number in advance to reserve your next service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, late arrivals by more than 15 minutes, or missed appointments may incur a $25 service fee.
ETIQUETTE
Children are permitted in the Salon only when accompanied by an adult.
We kindly request that while you are in the Salon area, please be considerate of all guests and keep cell phone conversations to a minimum and conversations quiet. The Renew Team Thanks You!
GIFT CARDS
Renew Image Salon & Skin Care Gift Certificates are a terrific way to show your love, express your thanks or just do something special for someone. To ensure that your gift is enjoyed, Renew Image Salon & Skin Care has these policies:
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check-in.
Renew Image Salon & Skin Care cannot be responsible for gift certificates that are lost or stolen.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be used for product.
They must be assigned to a staff member at time of purchase.
Gift cards NOT valid on any physician administered service.
Gift certificate packages can be used for other services in equal value to the gift package on the card if desired. There are no refunds available on gift certificates.
RETURN POLICY
**ALL Product, Holiday, Promotional, Special Edition, and
Discounted Item sales are Final and are NON-Returnable.
**Other Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days
with a valid receipt.
